Business/Systems Analysts - Denver, CO


Credere Group has multiple contract opportunities for a Business/Systems Analysts located in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years Business or Systems analysis experience assisting in cutting edge technology based projects, specifically around product enhancements development using Scrum/Agile methodologies.


Required knowledge and skills: Responsibilities:

  • Analysts must critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying needs

  • Consults and coordinates with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures

  • Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues

  • Works with Scrum teams to foster the continuous improvement of project processes

  • Prepares and consolidates requirements documentation

  • Prepares or assists in the preparation of the implementation plan

  • Support UAT by supporting planning, development of test cases, execution of tests, conduct walkthroughs with business and technical teams, analyze the impacts of change on requirements and act as a SME for the testing team

  • Facilitates small to large meetings and conducts information gathering sessions



Required knowledge and skills: 

  • 5  years Business or Systems Analysis experience with a strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies required

  • Scrum Certified Owner a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver well-structured business documentation and deliver client presentations

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate cross-functionally and cross culturally

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environment
