Cindy has over 25 years of experience leading and executing business outcomes across sales, operations, risk management, accounting and finance and human resources. She brings a combination of Big 4, professionals services and industry experience to Credere Group and her clients. Cindy is known for her ability to identify and understand business needs, develop high quality solutions and build teams that can quickly integrate into her customer organizations and culture.


Prior to joining Credere Group, Cindy was instrumental in supporting the growth of the RGP Denver office including sales strategy, client relationship management and delivery. Prior to RGP, she led talent acquisition for Experis Finance’s West Region as well as Senior Director for a Health and Life Insurance company, CFO/VP of Finance for a sports/entertainment organization and Sr. Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP (Deloitte) in Denver.
